OCIMF-061 (대체) - RECOMMENDATIONS FOR EQUIPMENT EMPLOYED IN THE BOW MOORING OF CONVENTIONAL TANKERS AT S.P.M
EMPLOYED IN THE MOORING OF SHIPS
AT SINGLE POINT MOORINGS
Incompatibility between a terminal's mooring equipment and shipboard fittings can prejudice both the security of the mooring system and the safety of personnel. It may also serve to prolong the time taken for mooring operations. The dificulties can be overcome by harmonising the equipment and fittings to ensure correct matching between the terminal and the ship. The general acceptance of the recommendations contained in this booklet will achieve the desired harmonisation and thus promote increased safety and efficiency of operations at SPM's.
The recommendations apply to the number of mooring connections used, the safe working loads of fittings, the dimension of chafe chains and attendant fittings and the type and location of securing devices and fairleads on board. The recommendations only deal with those features that are necessary to ensure the correct matching of equipment used for mooring at SPM's.
